Non-Compliance with the Chemical Weapons
Convention: Lessons from and for Iraq

You are cordially invited to attend the launch of SIPRI Policy Paper No. 5, Non-Compliance with the Chemical Weapons Convention: Lessons from and for Iraq, by Jean Pascal Zanders, John Hart, Frida Kuhlau and Richard Guthrie.

The report will be presented by Dr Jean Pascal Zanders (Director, BioWeapons Prevention Project), Richard Guthrie (Project Leader, Chemical and Biological Warfare Project, SIPRI) and John Hart
