Statements by Non-Governmental Organisations to the 2008 Meeting of Experts

On Monday, 18 August, the General Debate was suspended in order to enable non-governmental organisations (NGOs) to address the delegates participating in the Meeting of Experts of the States Parties to the Biological and Toxin Weapons Convention (BTWC).
